o First in the industry to capitalize on the emerging ‘Kids Travel’ theme with a new tailored assortment of travel products designed for kids. Kids Travel generated $20 million in its first year.

o Reversed a year-over-year sales decline in the Hair Appliances category within my first nine months. Growth derived from improved store presentation, a pricing strategy that better aligned to product features, and a new professional line of products. Sales gain of $40 million in its first year.

o New ‘giftable beauty’ strategy generated $30 million annually. Worked cross-functionally to develop compelling products and position them in productive locations throughout the store.
