I riduttori RAO 35÷90 versioneSCC e DCC sono disponibili surichiesta (optional) con albero lentocavo munito di un calettatore.Questa esecuzione è invecestandard sulle grandezze 100÷130.È pertanto necessario eseguire leseguenti operazioni per effettuare ilmontaggio del riduttore sull’alberodella macchina da azionare.1) Svitare le viti di bloccaggio

gradualmente e in successionerimuovendo il calettatore.

2) Pulire e sgrassare bene le zonedi accoppiamento fra lberolento riduttore e albero condottodella macchina. Non oliare odusare solventi.

3) Effettuare l’accoppiamento fral’albero condotto e il riduttore.

4) Applicare il calettatoresull’albero cavo del riduttore.

5) Avvitare a fondo tutte le viti delcalettatore gradualmente e insuccessione. È necessarioeffettuare alcune passateaffinché tutte le viti sianoavvitate completamente allacoppia di serraggio indicata.

N.B. - I particolari da utilizzare peril montaggio e lo smontaggio deiriduttori non sono forniti dallaBONFIGLIOLI RIDUTTORI.

The gearboxes type RAO 35÷90version SCC and DCC areavailable upon request with shrinkdisc on the output shaft. Thisversion is standard in the sizes100÷130, and to facilitate assemblyof gearbox on driven shaft ofmachine, proceed as follows:1) Remove the locking bolts, then

the shrink disc.2) Clean the contact surface of the

driven shaft and of the gearboxshaft thoroughly. Do notlubricate or use solvingelements.

3) Mount gearbox on driven shaft.4) Slide shrink disc over hollow

shaft of gearbox.5) Tighten all locking bolts of the

shrink disc gradually and insuccession. Several passes arerequired until all screws aretightening to specified torque.

N.B. - Spare parts for the assemblyand disassembly of the gearboxesare not supplied by BONFIGLIOLIRIDUTTORI.

Les réducteurs RAO 35÷90 versionSCC et DCC sont disponibles surdemande (en option) avec arbrelent et creux doté de disque decalage. Par contre, cette exécutionest standard sur les grandeurs100÷130.Pour effectuer le montage duréducteur sur l’arbre de la machineà actionner, procéder comme suit:1) Dévisser les vis de blocage

graduellement et l’une aprèsl’autre de sorte et enlever ledisque de calage.

2) Nettoyer et dégraissersoigneusement les zones decouplement entre arbre lentréducteur et arbre mené de lamachine. Ne jamais huiler niutiliser de solvants.

3) Effectuer le couplement entrel’arbre mené et le réducteur.

4) Appliquer le disque de calagesur l’arbre creux du réducteur.

5) Visser à fond toutes les vis dudisque de calage graduellementet l’une après l’autre. Plusieurspasses sont requises pourvisser les vis totalement aucouple de serrage indiqué.

N.B. - Les rechanges à utiliser pourle montage et le démontage desréducteurs ne sont pas livrés parBONFIGLIOLI REDUCTEURS.

Bei derMontage des Getriebes an derWelle der anzutreibendenMaschine muß in diesem Fall wiefolgt verfahren werden:1) Die Sicherungsschrauben

schrittweise und nacheinanderlösen und die Schrumpfscheibeentfernen.

2) Die Paarungsflächen zwischenAbtriebswelle der Maschine gutreinigen und entfetten. KeineLösungsmittel verwenden undnicht ölen.

3) Antriebswelle und Getriebemiteinander verbinden.

4) Die Schrumpfscheibe auf dieHohlwelle des Getriebesaufsetzen.

5) Alle Schrauben derSchrumpfscheibe schrittweiseund nacheinander anziehen.Jede Schraube mehrmalsnachziehen, bis alle mit demrichtigen Anzugsdrehmomentgut gesichert sind.

Wichtig: Werkzeuge und Teile zumEin- und Ausbau der Getriebewerden nicht von BONFIGLIOLIRIDUTTORI geliefert.

Los reductores RAO 35÷90versiones SCC y DCC tienen al ejede salida hueco provisto de unanillo de apriete.Esta version es estandard en lasgrandezas 100 y 130.Para efectuar el montaje delreductor sobre el eje de la máquinaa accionar es necesario seguir lassiguientes operaciones.1) desenroscar gradualmente los

pernos de panillo de apriete.2) Limpiar y desengrasar bien las

zonas de contacto entre le ejedel reductor y el eje conducidode la máquina.

3) Efectuar el acoplamiento entreel eje conducido y el reductor.

4) Aplicar el anillo de apriete sobreel eje hueco del reductor.

5) Apretar a tope todos los pernos del anillo aprete.Posteriormente es necesario comprobar que todos los pernoshan quedado ajustador con eltorque MT de la tabla.

Per i riduttori della serie RAO si èadottata la lubrificazione a olio.Pertanto sono forniti sprovvisti dilubrificante e sarà cura del clienteimmettere, prima della messa inopera, la giusta quantità di olio. Atal proposito i riduttori sono munitidei tappi di carico, livello e scaricoolio.

The RAO gearboxes are oil lubricated.They are supplied empty and mustbe filled before use therefore theyare provided with filling, drainingand oil level plugs.

È molto importante, per l’installazionedel riduttore, attenersi alle seguentinorme:- Assicurarsi che il fissaggio del riduttore

sia stabile onde evitare qualsiasi vibrazione.

- Installare se si prevedono urti, sovraccarichi prolungati o possibili bloccaggi, giunti idraulici, frizioni, limitatori di coppia, ecc.

- Durante la verniciatura si consiglia diproteggere il bordo esterno degli anellidi tenuta per evitare che la vernice neessicchi la gomma, pregiudicando la tenuta del paraolio stesso.

- Gli organi che vanno calettati sugli alberi del riduttore devono essere lavorati con tolleranza ISO H7 per evitare accoppiamenti troppo bloccatiche, in fase di montaggio, potrebberodannegiare irreparabilmente il riduttorestesso.Inoltre, per il montaggio e lo smontaggio di tali organi si consiglia l’uso di adeguati tiranti ed estrattori utilizzando il foro filettato posto in testaalle estremità degli alberi.

- Per gli stessi motivi di cui sopra gli organi che vanno calettati sugli alberidi uscita del variatore devono esserelavorati con tolleranze ISO F7.

- Le superfici di contatto dovranno essere pulite e trattate con adeguati protettivi prima del montaggio, onde evitare l’ossidazione e il conseguentebloccaggio delle parti.

- L’accoppiamento all’albero cavo del riduttore (tolleranza H7) viene normalmente eseguito con perni lavorati con tolleranza h6. Dove il tipodi applicazione lo richieda si può prevedere un accoppiamento con unaleggera interferenza (H7-J6).

- Prima della messa in funzione della macchina accertarsi che la posizionedel livello del lubrificante sia conformealla posizione di montaggio del riduttoree che la viscosità del lubrificante sia adeguata al tipo del carico.

For the installation of the gearboxes thefollowing guidelines should be followed:- The gearboxes to be securely bolted

to a rigid base to avoid vibrations.- If shocks, extended overloads or

jamming is expected, hydraulic couplings, torque limiters, clutches etc.should be fitted.

- In case the gearbox is to be painted use adhesive tape to prevent contactof paint with the oil seals.Painting of oil seal may lead to premature drying of rubber and resultinto oil leakage.

- Any gears, sprockets or pulleys beingfitted to the input or output shafts musthave their bores machined to ISO H7tolerance. The shafts are provided withthreaded hole to facilitate the use of tierods with backplate and nut to pushon the gears or sprockets being fitted.

- For the same reasons all units keyedonto the variator output shaft must bemachined to ISO F7 tolerances.

- In order to avoid oxidation and the possible seizing of the above parts, clean mating surfaces before assemblyand apply water repellant grease or similar material.

- Bore of hollow shaft of gearbox has tolerance H7, all shafts being fitted usually are machined to h6.If required for the applicationan interference fit (H7-J6) can be used.

- Before operating the machine check that the lubricant level is correct for themounting position of the gearbox andthe lubricant viscosity is correct for thekind of load.

Il est important pour l’installation duréducteurs de suivre les conseilssuivants:- S’assurer que la fixation du réducteurs

soit rigide afin d’éviter les vibrations.- Installer suvant nécessité, par example

en cas de chocs, de surchanges prolongées ou de blocages possibles,un coupler hydraulique, un embrayageou un limiteur de couple, etc.

- Pendant les operations de peinture ilest conseillé de protéger les joints d’étanchéité pour éviter que la peinturene les assèche et soit ainsi, préjudicable à leur bonne tenue.

- Les organes montés sur les arbres duréducteur doivent être alésés aux tolérance ISO H7 pour éviter des ammanchements trop serrants qui pourraient endommager le réducteurslors du montage. De même, il est conseillé pour le montage et le démontage des mêmes organes, d’utiliser un outillage adapté et de seservir du trou taraudé existant en boutd’arbre.

- Pour les memes raison ci-dessus lesorganes devant etre calés sur les arbres de sortie du variateur doivent etre travaillés avec une tolérance ISOF7.

- Les surfaces de contact doivent être nettoyés et protégées contre l’oxydation pour éviter le blocage des parties.- La liaison avec l’arbre creux du

réducteur (tolérance H7) doit normalement s’effectuer avec des arbres usinés à la tolérance h6. Là oùl’application l’exige, il est possible deréaliser un ajustement plus serré(H7-J6).

- Verifier le niveau d’huile avant la miseen service (fonction de la position demontage). Le viscosité de l’huile doit être adaptée au type de service.

Bei der Installation des Getriebesmüssen folgende Anweisungenunbedingt beachtet werden:- Das Getriebe muß stabil befestigt

werden, um Vibrationen zuvermeiden.

- Sollte vorauszusehen sein, daß amAntrieb Schläge, längere Überlastun-gen oder Blockierungen auftretenkönnen, dann Drehmoment-begrenzer, usw. einbauen.

- Bei der Lackierung sollte der AuBen-rand der Dichtringe geschützt werden,um zu vermeiden, daß der Gummidurch den Lack austrocknet. Dieswürde zu mangelnder Dichte führen.

- Die Einheiten, die mit derAbtriebswelle des Getriebesverbunden werden, müssen mit einerToleranz ISO H7 bearbeitet werden.um zu starre Verbindungen zuvermeiden, die während der Montagezu irreparablen Schäden amGetriebe führen können. Ferner sollteder Ein- und Ausbau dieser Einheitenmit Hilfe geeigneter Zugbolzen undAuszieher an der Gewindebohrungam Ende der Wellen erfolgen.

- Auch die Einheiten, die mit derAbtriebswelle des Drehzahlwandlersverbunden werden, sollten ausobegenannten Gründen mit einerToleranz ISO F7 bearbeitet werden.

- Die Kontaktflächen müssen vor derMontage sauber sein und mitangemessenen Schutzmittelnbehandelt werden, damit eineOxydation und in Folge eineBlockierung der Teile vermieden wird.

- Der Anschluß and die Abtriebs-hohlwelle des Getriebs (ToleranzH7) erfolgt normalerweise mit Stiften,die mit einer Toleranz h6 bearbeitetwerden. Falls erforderlich kann dieVerbindung mit einer leichtenTolleranz (H7-J6) erfolgen.

- Vor Inbetriebnahme der Maschinekontrollieren, ob dasSchmiermittelniveau derEinbauposition des Getriebesentspricht und ob dieSchmiermittelviskosität sich fur dievorgesehene Belastung eignet.

reductor a fin de evitar cualquier vibración.

- Si se preveen golpes, sacudidas, sobrecargas prolongadas, o posiblesblocajes, instalar acoplamientos hidráulicos, embragues, limitadores, de par, etc.

- En el pintado debe protegerse el labioexterior del réten de aceite, para evitarque la pintura reseque el caucho, perjudicando su capacidad de cierre.

- Las piezas que vayan montadas sobrelos ejes del reductor deben mecanizarse con una tolerancia ISO H7 a fin de evitar montajes demasiadofuertes que puedan dañar de forma importante el reductor. Ademas, parael montaje y desmontaje de tales piezas, se aconseja el uso de extractores adecuados utilizandose elagujero roscado situado en la punta de los ejes.

- Por los mismos motivos recién citados,los órganos que deben ser ensamblados en los ejes de salida delvariator deben ser maquinadoscon tolerancia ISO F7.

- Las superficies de contacto deberán estar limpias y protegidas entes del montaje para evitar la oxidacion y el consiguiente deterioro de las piezas.

- El acoplamiento al eje hueco del reductor (tolerancia H7) debe efectuarse con ejes maquinados contolerancia h6. Cuando el tipo de aplicación lo requiera, pueden preverseacoplamientos con una ligera interferencia (H7-J6).

- Antes de la puesta en marcha de la máquina comprobar que la posición del nivel de aceite sea adecuata a laposición de montaje del reductor y quela viscosidad del lubricante sea idoneapara el tipo de carga a soportar.

Generalmente è consigliabile graduarenel tempo l’aumento della potenzatrasmessa, partendo da valori minimi,oppure porre ad essa un limite (50÷70%della potenza massima) per le primeore di funzionamento.

Whenever putting a brand new unit intooperation a progressive increase oftransmitted power is advisable.Alternatively, limiting of trasmitted powerto 50-70% of max rating for the firstrunning hours is suggested.

I riduttori lubrificati con olio sinteticonon necessitano di alcunamanutenzione. Quando il riduttore, restaper lungo tempo inattivo in ambientecon una elevata percentuale di umidità,consigliamo di riempirlo totalmente diolio; logicamente il livello del lubrificantedovrà essere ripristinato quando ilgruppo sarà messo in funzione.

Gearboxes supplied with synthetic oilfrom factory do not require furthermaintenance. Should the gearbox besitting standstill for a long time in a veryhumid environment we suggest to fill itup with oil. The proper level must berestored when the gearbox is newly putback into operation.
