Welcome to the Nineteenth Season at the BolognaPerforming Arts Center! We are pleased to offer anexciting lineup of Main Stage and School-Time Matineeperformances in 2013-2014.

This season, we are excited to bring Jim Witter and hisband back by popular demand; offer 2 nationally touringBroadway productions, MEMPHIS THE MUSICAL andTHE ADDAMS FAMILY; and host the North Mississippi SymphonyOrchestra. Family audiences and animal lovers won’t want to miss PopovichComedy Pet Theatre. The third annual Mississippi Delta Holiday will be awonderful celebration of regional talent, while the American SpiritualEnsemble will highlight our nation’s rich music history, and performancesby Women of Ireland and The Ten Tenors of Australia will add aninternational flair to the season… And that’s just our Main Stageperformances!

As a way of saying thanks to our loyal patrons, we are introducing greaterdiscounts for our Season Package subscribers (now 20% savings!) and anew build-your-own Custom Package. Ticket packages ensure that you getthe best seats at the best prices. Of course, our Annual Members alwaysget the best seats with priority ticketing and seat selection.

FACILITY INFORMATIONThe Bologna Performing Arts Center main offices are open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. The Ticket Office is open Monday-Friday,10:00am-5:00pm.

PURCHASING TICKETSTickets cannot be held or reserved without payment. All sales arefinal. No refunds or exchanges.

TICKET PICKUP & WILL CALLTickets ordered within 10 days of a show will be held at the Ticket Office for pickupduring normal business hours. Will Call is located in the center of the Jeff Ross Capwell Lobby onehour before performances begin.

CHILDRENEvery patron, regardless of age, must have a ticket to attend a performance. Children aged 3 andunder are not permitted to attend Main Stage performances. Children aged 4 and above must beaccompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. For the benefit of all of our patrons, childrenwho are disruptive will be asked to leave the theater. Please call the Ticket Office at (662) 846-4626prior to the purchase of tickets to ensure the performance’s suitability for your child.

RECORDING DEVICESThe use of cameras, audio and video recorders, or cell phones is not permitted in the theater.Patrons using these devices will be asked to leave the theater.

SEATINGSeating in the Delta and Pine Land Theatre begins thirty minutes before the advertised show time.As a courtesy to performers and the audience, late comers will not be seated until an appropriateinterval in the program.

ACCESSIBILITY & HEARING DEVICESWheelchair spaces, wheelchair companion seats, and easy access seats are available on the mainfloor. Accessible entrances and parking are available in the west parking lot. Headsets are availableat no charge from the Ticket Office. Please call or visit the Ticket Office for more information.

TICKET PACKAGESBy purchasing a package, you receive a discount on regular ticket prices and advancedseat selection before individual ticket buyers.

Season Packages: The Season Package includes season tickets to all Main Stageperformances with savings of over 20% off regular ticket prices and preferred seatingahead of custom package and individual ticket buyers.

Custom Packages: The Custom Package allows you to purchase at least 3 of our MainStage performances to receive savings of over 15% off regular ticket prices andpreferred seating ahead of individual ticket buyers.

GROUP RATESSave 10% by bringing a group of 10 or more. Group purchases must be made either byphone or at the Ticket Office. Call (662) 846-4625 for more information on group rates.

SEATINGAll package and individual ticket orders will be processed and mailed in the order theyare received. Every effort is made to process orders according to customer request.However, the Bologna Center cannot assure that the seating choice specified will beavailable, in which case the Ticket Office will assign the next best available seating. To sitwith friends and family, orders must be enclosed in the same envelope or either orderedby phone or at the Ticket Office at the same time.

ACCESSIBILITYWheelchair spaces, wheelchair companion seats, and easy access seats are available onthe main floor and are priced at the Terrace Level. Please call or visit the Ticket Office topurchase tickets, and specify your accessibility needs. Wheelchair spaces may also bepurchased online.
