Project 2 “Box of Socks” Logo and Packaging Design

Project Statement

Summary

My client is a sock company called “Box of Sox”. They are having me “create” them from the ground up. I will be creating a logo and Branding them for the sock industry. After I have made it through this process I will be creating packaging for the company so that they can distribute their product.

Objective

1. Create a brand for the company that works with the logo that I am also creating.2. Create a packaging scenario for the product to be distributed in.

Obstacles

My obstacle will be to creatively come up with a logo that enhances the brand based o� of socks. I will also have the problem of �nding a way to package socks in some type of box.

Solution

I am going to be using a “Kleenex” style box for packaging to make the entire experience more fun and bring a di�erent concept to the way we buy socks. This helps with the brand and will get me going in the right direction for the logo.
