You could turn the alley way into more of a gallery that is accessible to all the public making it very unique.

Provide stool seating that is permanent and spread around the city. This will allow people to relax in popular locations.

Portable basketball goals that you can move around places . This means that you can play basketball in different locations and with different people.

Providing designated graffiti areas would cultivate positive places for the public art to be displayed and enjoyed.

Create garden spaces that are directly open to the public not just people who helped build it.

Providing small areas around public places for example rails that can be used by the public and also to skate on.

Instead of massage chairs maybe have massage booths so that people can relax and also get some human interaction.

Advertising health stands and speaking with the people would help promote this practice. Also would create and healthier neighbourhood.

Creating a naturally landscaped playground would be a nice alternative to the traditional playground.

Instead of the Internet booths inside there should be stands such as these where you can sit outside, charge your laptop and surf the Internet. While you enjoy the fresh air and social interaction.
