Note: In addition to the abundant employment opportunities in Boulder County, the north metro area and

downtown Denver, the area known as the Denver Tech Center in south Denver is also the home of some of

Denver’s major area employers. Distance from downtown Denver to the Denver Tech Center is approximately

12.25 miles along the I-25 corridor. This is the most heavily traveled traffic corridor in the Denver area, so

driving times are highly dependent on time of day and weather conditions. Expect driving time from Boulder

to the Denver Tech Center to be a minimum of 45 minutes
