The BORUTHO Group of Companies . is a wholly blackowned and managed South African business. It is theUmbrella company for a group of companiesincorporating:
BORUTHO GAS SUPPLY (Pty) Ltd.BORUTHO LUBRICANTS (Pty) Ltd.BORUTHO ENERGY (Pty) Ltd.
These companies came to be because of thenumerous opportunities created in the fuel industryin South Africa including the White Paper on Energy,the Oil Charter, the termination of the Major OilCompanies main supply agreements with Parastatalsand the current legislation in force in the country.
Our mission is to be a strategic downstreamwholesale supplier of fuel products includingPetroleum, Lubricant, Grease and Gas Products.

BORUTHO’s business experience includes servicingthe, mining, construction, transport and shippingsectors, parastatals and Local, Provincial and NationalGovernemt.Recent key contracts include; Transnet SOC Ltd - Supply of <2000m3 litres per
month of diesel fuel for a 5 year period fromMarch 2014.
PRASA - Supply of Lubricants and Greases for a 3year period from May 2013
Anglo Mines Supply of Lubricants and Greases tovarious mines for a 3 year period from October2014
Anglo Platinum Mines Supply of Lubricants andGreases to various mines for a 3 year period fromFebruary 2016
SANDF - Supply of diesel and petrol on an adhocbasis from 2015
Coca-Cola Shanduka - Supply of diesel and petrolfrom 2010 to 2011 (>500m3 per month);
Komatipoort (Mpumalanga) - The import of<5000m3 of diesel fuel for the reseller market,from the less congested Maputo (Mozambique)port during 2011 and 2012
