Enka®TurfDrain: Strip Drain Underlay for Natural and Artificial SurfacesEnkaTurfDrain strips reduce pooling and prevent saturated turf. Designed for new natural turf fields or to repair an existing field, they channel water efficiently, with excellent flow rates and do not clog with soil or aggregate. The EnkaTurfDrain strips eliminate perforated drainage pipes and installing a larger diameter drain with aggregate. The Enka 3D core of fused entangled polyamide filaments are encased in a tough nonwoven geotextile fabric.

Enka®TurfDrainStrip Drainage Matting

Applications• Natural and artificial turf sportsfields• New or refurbished fields• US football• Turf Pitches• Recreational fields and playgrounds• Baseball diamonds• Golf courses• Footings, tunnels, lowlying areas

Benefits• Reduces pooling rainwater• Prevents saturated turf• High flow capacity drainage even under

high loads• Does not clog with soil or rock• Long rolls eliminate seams

Technical Properties• Polyamide 6, 3D monofilament core• PA6/PET nonwoven filter fabric completely

encases 3D core• Eliminates perforated drainage pipe and

larger diameter drain with aggregate• Conforms to irregular surfaces and corners• Long rolls reduce installation costs by

eliminating interlocking and excessive seams

• Excellent resistance to chemicals found on construction sites

Enka®Sport: Full Field Drain Underlay for Artificial SurfacesEnkaSport full field drain mats ensure new or refurbished recreational pitches, playgrounds and artificial turf pitches drain properly and minimize play downtime. The polyolefin 3D core is a thermally preformed V-profile, optimizing pressure resistance. It is thermally bonded on both sides with a nonwoven filter fabric spotwelded to the core. The filter fabric extends to each side, in opposite directions, to ensure joints cover securely.

Enka®Flex: Shockpad & Drainage Underlay Hybrid for Artificial SurfacesEnkaFlex was developed to be firm, with significant energy restitution and natural play feel. It additionally performs the doubleduty of full field drainage for artificial fields. Comprised of a flexible 3D core with filter fabric thermally bonded on one or both sides, EnkaFlex is engineered for use under sandfilled artificial turf. It may also be used on a dynamic base and with any type of tufted artificial turf for a variety of sports including hockey, soccer and football.

Sports and recreation activities speak a global language. They exist across all cultures, economies, ages, genders and venues. With fields and courses doubling as venues for both sports and nonsports events becoming a standard practice, maintenance efforts and requirements have significantly increased. Oversaturated turf, both natural and synthetic, causes costly downtime from revised schedules and unexpected maintenance. Too often they are also a safety concern and at best are sorely inconvenient for everyone involved. We have proven solutions.
