We inspire students to love reading by: ! Engaging in peer discussions ! Digging deeper through creative book projects ! Playing book related games ! Giving students the time and support to read Book clubs make reading FUN for both bookworms and reluctant readers and let students develop their comprehension & analysis skills. Our Fall theme is EMPATHY & REAL LIFE ISSUES. We will read, discuss, and compare three engaging stories including two new releases The Thing About Jellyfish by Ali Benjamin and Goodbye Stranger by Rebeccca Stead. Students will get to choose the third book. Books will be provided at the first session for students to keep as part of the class fee.
