Hire Cars:If you are hiring a car on the mainland and plan to take this to Kangaroo Island, ensure you check out the insurance conditions with the hire car company. Alternatively, hire cars are available to be picked up once you arrive on Kangaroo Island.

Booking and Final Payments:To make a booking a deposit of $50 per person is required. Final payments must reach The SeaLink Travel Group no later than 30 days prior to departure. For bookings made online within 30 days of travel date, full payment should be received at the time of booking.

Credit Card Fees A fee of 3% of total booking costs will be charged when paying for travel, service, package or product by Diners or American Express. A 1.5% fee will be charged when payment is made by Visa or Mastercard.

Cancellation: Cancellation of a booking (Kangaroo Island Tours and other tours/packages), or part thereof will incur the following fees:• More than 30 days before departure – loss of deposit• Between 7 and 30 days before departure – $50 per

person or 50% of total cost whichever is greater• Less than 7 days before departure – $50 per person

or 80% of total cost whichever is greater• Within 24 hours of departure – 100% of total costNo refunds will be made for services not availed once travel has commenced. All refund claims must be made in writing. Please note operators (other than SeaLink) reserve the right to charge cancellation fees in addition to the above, which will be added to the above cancellation fees.Travel insurance is strongly recommended and available at the time of booking.

Amendment Fees: Due to the complexity, staff time and communication costs of the booking process, a charge of $22 (incl GST) may apply to each modification made after the original booking.

Vivonne Bay Holiday HouseA fully self-contained 3 bedroom home, the Vivonne Bay Holiday House has a large enclosed yard, fully appointed kitchen, BBQ, washer and dryer and all linen is provided. Also included is reverse cycle air conditioning, Bluetooth audio system, VAST TV, DVD player and plenty of games to pass the time. Located at beautiful Vivonne Bay, the Holiday House can sleep up to 6 people, and children under the age of 2 are free of charge.
