Rapper denies attack claimRAPPER 50 Cent denies alle-gations he attacked his for-mer girlfriend and trashedher apartment.

The In da Club singer’slawyer says there’s nowarrant outstanding on thedomestic violence and van-dalism charges against 50Cent, whose real name is Cur-tis Jackson.

If convicted, he faces up tofive years in jail and $50,345in fines.

The woman told police thatduring a June 23 argument,Jackson began destroyingproperty at her apartmentbefore she locked herself intoa bedroom.

She says Jackson kickedopen the bedroom door andkicked her, causing injury.

Police estimated there hadbeen damage costing about$7771 to the home.

But the rapper’s New Yorklawyer, Scott Leemon, hasbeen in touch with Californiaauthorities to insist 50 Centis innocent.

‘‘Curtis Jackson deniesthese allegations as madeagainst him,’’ Leemon toldthe New York Daily News.

‘‘It is important to noteMr Jackson has not beenarrested and there is nowarrant outstanding forhis arrest.

‘‘(We) are currently con-ducting our own investi-gation into these allegations.’’

The woman told police shehad been in a three-yearrelationship and had a babywith Jackson.

The singer has publiclyconfirmed being a dad only tohis 16-year-old son Marquisewith ex Shaniqua Tompkins.

His arraignment is July 22.
