Cambridge International AS & A Levels
ADVANCED SUBSIDIARY LEVEL AND
ADVANCED LEVEL
Advanced Levels are taken over 2 years: the first year is called an AS, or Advanced Subsidiary Level. This is equal to half an A level. The second year is called an A, or Advanced Level.
The Diploma is designed to develop breadth as well as depth and to provide learners with a robust, rigorous and challenging program. The skills such as critical reasoning, research, team work and argumentation are emphasized in this program along with the subject knowledge which is laid down as fundamentals.
AS/A Levels are recognized and highly valued by universities and employers across the globe. In India, the AS and A Level are considered equivalent to Std 11 and 12.
The A Levels have been recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIS) as equivalent to the CBSE/ ISC/ HSC or any other State Board Exam for Grade 12. A Level students are eligible for all courses whether undergraduate or professional, and are eligible to take all competitive exams in India.
Students have an opportunity to win TOP OF THE WORLD awards from Cambridge, a prestigious recognition that will open doors at all levels of higher education, in India and abroad.
“We are delighted to see students across India showcase their passion for learning and accomplish their goals.
These exceptional results in the Cambridge examinations would not have been attainable without the relentless
efforts and commitment of teachers and the support from families of these students Congratulations to all the
students and we wish them all the luck for their future endeavors.”
