identification and sequences.
6 Bolt tensioning Hydraulic bolt tensioning tool identification
and sequences.
7 Flange alignment Correct tool identification, use and
purpose.
8 Lubrication Fundamentals of lubricants used in bolting.
9 Bolt tightening with torque Bolt tightening load control
processes, tightening tool maintenance and periodic
recalibration.
10 Jointing application Keeping bolts tight and problem free,
joint misalignment and preventative measures.
11 Gasket application Gasket storage, preparation and
installation.
12 Joint mapping and quality jointing
Importance of joint-quality assurance procedures, certification
and recordkeeping processes through correct joint assembly and
disassembly and application of safety procedures.
