its partial replacement – BS EN 60730

and BS EN 61058.

 APPLICATION

The Boiler Junction Box allows simplified wiring and IEE

compliance when connecting mains, boiler and pump to the

system. When the mains, boiler and pump are located a

considerable distance from the Base Unit, it allows either two

twin and earth cables or a single three core and earth cable to

be run from the boiler junction box to the Base Unit. This reduces

the number of cable runs required and also the potential for

errors to be introduced in the system wiring.

 Installation

The location should be convenient forinstallation components wiring and bereadily accessible.

If fitted on a wall, the box may bemounted either way up to allow for top orbottom cable entry; the lid is reversibleon the base.

All information for the wiring is providedon a label in the lid.

An optional sub base adaptor is availablefor mini trunking, which comes with fullinstallation instructions.
