Limited Consumer Warranty

This warranty is limited to products manufactured byHansgrohe, Inc. (“Hansgrohe”) that are purchased by aconsumer in the United States or Canada after March 1,1996,andinstalledineithertheUnitedStatesorinCanada.

WHO IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

Thislimitedwarrantyextendstotheoriginalpurchaseronly.Thiswarrantyisnon-transferable.Hansgroheneitherassumesnorauthorizesanypersontocreateforitanyotherobligationorliabilityinconnectionwiththisproduct.

LENGTH OF WARRANTY

If you are a consumerwho purchased the product for useprimarily for personal, family or household purposes, thislimitedwarrantystartsonthedateofpurchaseandextendsforaslongasyouowntheproductandthehomeinwhichtheproduct isoriginally installed. Ifyoupurchased theproductfor use primarily for any other purpose, including, withoutlimitation,acommercialpurpose,thislimitedwarrantystartsonthedateofpurchaseandextends(i)for1year,withrespecttoHansgroheandCommercialproducts,and(ii)for5years,withrespecttoAxorproducts.TheRubbedBronzefinishissubjecttoa3-yearlimitedwarrantystartingonthedateofpurchase.

WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

ThislimitedwarrantycoversonlyyourHansgrohemanufacturedproduct.Hansgrohewarrantsthisproductagainstdefectsinmaterialorworkmanshipasfollows:

Hansgrohewillreplaceatnochargeforpartsonlyor,atitsoption,replaceanyproductorpartoftheproductthatprovesdefectivebecauseofimproperworkmanshipand/or material, under normal installation, use,service and maintenance. If Hansgrohe is unable toprovidea replacementand repair isnotpracticalorcannot be made in timely fashion, Hansgrohe mayelect to refund the purchase price in exchange forthereturnoftheproduct.REPAIRORREPLACEMENT(OR, IN LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES, REFUND OFTHEPURCHASEPRICE)ASPROVIDEDUNDERTHISLIMITEDWARRANTYISTHEEXCLUSIVEREMEDYOFTHEPURCHASER.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

A. Conditions,malfunctionsordamagenotresultingfromdefectsinmaterialorworkmanship.

B. Conditions,malfunctionsordamageresultingfrom(1)normalwearandtear,improperinstallation,impropermaintenance,misuse,abuse,negligence,accidentoralteration;(2)theuseofabrasiveorcausticcleaningagentsor“no-rinse”cleaningproducts,or theuseofthe product in any manner contrary to the productinstructions; or (3) conditions in the home such as

excessivewaterpressureorcorrosion.C. Labor and other expenses for disconnection,

deinstallation, or return of the product for warrantyservice(includingbutnotlimitedtoproperpackagingandshippingcosts),orforinstallationorreinstallationoftheproduct.

D. Accessories, connected materials and products, orrelatedproductsnotmanufacturedbyHansgrohe.

E. Any Hansgrohe or Axor product sold for displaypurposes.

HANSGROHE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
