Bordeaux Red Bordeaux is the largest producing region of quality red wines in France. The majority of wines are produced from the Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot grape varieties. When blended properly, the wines produced can be quite delicious. In recent years producers have strived to make fruitier wines using slightly less oak, as not to dominate the wine. It is always difficult knowing what to choose from such a vast producing wine region but we feel the wines below offer exceptional quality and value.
