For the Dutch, there is no summer without barbecuing. But here, just like so many other places in the world, people are living so close together and seemingly too far from friends with houses and gardens to enjoy the luxury of backyard barbecues.

Therefore we designed the BODUM® Fyrkat Picnic Grill, which is portable and ideal to bring to the park, the beach or to put on the balcony. The Dutch Consumer’s Associa-tion has tested di�erent barbeque brands, and BODUM® won the test, despite the fact, that the Fyrkat only costs a fraction of the most expensive barbeque in the test! Prepa-ration time, temperature distribution, temperature control, construction and finish, resistance to rust and safety all

figured in the test’s total score. Overall BODUM® won with a score of 7.6.

The test also thoroughly demonstrated how well the barbeque was in preparing three types of meat. A German bratwurst, a frankfurter and a pork chop. Again BODUM® had the highest score of 8.7, the most expensive barbeque had to settle with 6.9.

The BODUM® mantra has been right from the very beginning, that good and functional design doesn’t have to be expensive, and naturally we are thankful when it is being appreciated.

The GROWN GREEN Sprout Jar is perfect for harvesting your favorite seedling at home. Disassembles into five parts for easy cleaning and dishwasher safe.

STEP 1

SoakAdd 1–3 tbsp of seeds to the glass jar. Add enough cold water to completely submerge the seeds. Leave the seeds to soak of a mini-mum of 8 hours.

STEP 2

RinseAfter soaking, place the lid with fitted sleeve insert on the glass jar and pour the water out. To empty the glass hold it at a slight angle. Rinse the seeds until the water runs clear. Rinse seeds twice daily to prevent the formation of mold.

STEP 4

Enjoy!The seedlings will be ready to harvest after just a few days (allow roughly 3–5 days). Wash the seedlings prior to consumption, and store them in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3 days. Enjoy in salads, soups or sandwiches!

STEP 3

SproutPlace the sprouting jar in a warm, bright place away from direct sun-light. Move the seeds around in the sprouting glass frequently to keep them loose. Place the sprouting jar upside-down on a drip tray to allow the remaining water to run out of the sleeve insert.
