In order to meet expectations to create a discussion platform aiming at elaborating common plan concerning modernization and creating long-term core for the development of Poland, we decided to combine successful Broadband Networks Con-ference with Infrastructure Investment Forum. High compe-tence level of the meeting is guaranteed by the Advisory Boards, under the leadership of President of the Management Board Dariusz Kacprzyk (Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego) and Vice President of Management Board in Charge of Operations Piotr Muszyński (Orange Polska).

A holistic approach towards challenges within the scope of

investments implementation enables participation of key

representatives of following sectors: energy, telecommunications,

roads, railways and construction, simultaneously enabling discus-

sion on best practices and solutions, contributing to the improve-

ment of investments conditions in Poland.

The meeting outcomes in recommendations presented to the

highest authorities in Poland, including propositions of legisla-

tive amendments aiming at improvement in the investment

processes.

ABOUT BROADBAND NETWORKS CONFERENCE

The success of last editions of the Broadband Networks conference determined the expansion of the meeting formula. The Advisory Board and the Board of Experts, chaired by Mr. Piotr Muszyński (Orange Polska) and Honorary Chairman Minister of Administation and Digitalization, Mr. Andrzej Halicki ensure the high level of the conference content. Councils consist of the CEOs and represen-tatives of key market players, regulators, chambers and institutions. Members of councils are directly involved in the preparation of the substance of the project. Their work results in interesting discussions undertaken during the event, the commitment of key market players and the conclusions of the debates which are later presented to the hi-ghest authorities in Poland as recom-mendations. To provide a complete picture of the situation of themarket, the expo creates the opportunity for ‚exhibitors to present their solutions to decision-makers.

To meet the need to create a discussion platform for the exchange of experiences and sharing of visions focused on the sectors essential for the rapid modernisation of the Polish infrastructure MMC Poland and Polish Investment and Development launched a new project called Infrastructure Investment Forum.

The Advisory Board, under the chairmanship of Mr. Dariusz Kacprzyk (Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego), comprises of key decision-makers of the energy, telecom, road, rail and constructionindustries. Its objective would be to identify

the key topics and create the conference’s agenda, aswell as to establish the Forum’s guidelines.

The Board is also joined by the representatives of central and local administration, as they not only influence individual investment decisions, but also the systemic solutions, which form the foundations for the Polish infrastructure system.
