RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF THE KABALAKA HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION TOSELL A PARCEL OF LAND FOR AND IN BEHALF OF
THEKABALAKA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. (PHASEI).
WHEREAS, the officers and members of the Boardof Trustees of
KABALAKA HOMEOWNERSASSOCIATION, INC. (PHASE I) stressed the need
for oneperson who can transact business, sign and
sealcontracts/agreements, and represent the association inall legal
matters for the good of the organization.
WHEREAS, the Board considering the position,
qualification and credibility, hereby appoint MARIADEMAFILES to
be the Association Representative;
NOW THEREFORE, upon the motion of EFRENLANGILAO and duly
seconded by LEO GRANZO, be it;
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED toappoint MARIA DEMAFILES as
the AssociationsRepresentative and is hereby given the authority to
sell aparcel of land for and in behalf of the KABALAKAHOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION, INC. (PHASE I) covering
the Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-138014, T-138015,
T-138016, T-138017, T-138018, T-138019 and T-138020.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that this resolution beunanimously
approved.
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.I hereby certify to the correctness of the
above-
mentioned resolution.
