Organic Chemistry The laboratory of organic chemistry offers both undergradu-ate and graduate courses in organic chemistry. The basic organic chemistry courses are lectured in Swedish but in some cases can also be arranged in English for international students. All enquiries should be directed to the teacher in charge. Some courses in advanced organic chemistry are of-

fered in English and in Swedish. Students are also welcome to do laboratory practice in different research groups. Our current research projects are focused on the development of new methods for organic synthesis, preparation of pharma-ceutically interesting compounds, natural product chemistry and environmental organic chemistry.
