Aufbau und Eigenschaften
Das massive Getriebegehäuse ist direkt verzahnt
und verschleißfest gehärtet.
Die vorgespannte, robuste Abtriebslagerung
ermöglicht hohe Axial- und Radialbelastungen der
Abtriebswelle.
Vollnadelige Planetenradlager und abgestützte
Planetenachsen sorgen für besten Zahneingriff
auch im dynamischen Betrieb.
Durch hohe Verzahnungsgenauigkeit und optimale
Zahneingriffsverhältnisse sind geringe
Laufgeräusche, geringes Verdrehspiel und hoher
Wirkungsgrad realisiert.
Gelagerte Eintriebs- Hohlwelle mit Längenaus-
gleichssystem und flexiblen Motoranbauflansch
ermöglichen schnellen und einfachen bau.
Das Abdichtungs- und Schmiersystem ist
lebensdauerfest in allen Einbaulagen.
