DevfinDevfin’’ss ObservationsObservations

Interviewed companies in their sample confirmed:

Aborted co-operations were caused by market conditions, lack of commitment, or companies going bankrupt.Factors for success included a good fit between partners, timing and commitment, a defined project and objective to work together.Norwegian companies who had a former experience of Africa, were more prepared to do business.
