CONCRETE & TILES

Slip ResistanceThe slip resistance of ceramic tile in ordinary applications is comparable to that of most hard surface flooring materials and it is significantly better than some. Unglazed tiles have greater slip resistance and recommended for areas subjected to high water spillage. These tiles are particularly suited to public areas with direct access to the outdoors.

Cracked flat Concrete staircase with ceramic tilesConcrete Stairs are the ideal way to provide access to basements, upper floors and lofts. The concrete staircase with ceramic tiles with cutting on it is to prevent slippery while people walking up and down.

Reduced NoiseThe dense precast concrete gives excellent acoustic properties addressing sound transfer issues associated with steel and wooden staircases.

High Fire ResistanceConcrete stairs are the obvious choice for fire escape stairs. However, ceramic tiles are completely fire-proof at any temperature. They will not burn nor fuel a fire. The surface will not alter, nor will it give off any toxic gases, smoke or fumes during a fire.

AGGREGATE

Granite aggregates are crushed hard rock of granular structure, being the most common on Earth.

70-120 mm, 120-150 mm, 150-300 mm (quarry stone): rarely used. It is used for decorative purposes, usually reverting of catchment areas, reservoirs, and basins.

Various type of stones are used to decorate the fountain.

It is the best aggregate for high-grade concrete. Granite is also used as a decorative stone. It can be grey, red, or pink and has a lot of shades. After polishing it acquires a beautiful smooth surface. Granite is mostly composed of feldspar, quartz and mica crystals, the content of which influences the colour and shades of the stone.

Why artificial turf grass?

Does not require mowing. Not mowing the lawn is actually a great help to our ozone layer and preventing

global warming at the same time.

Does not require watering. As a result, you can conserve precious water resources. Artificial or synthetic turf grass

lawns save you 50% to 70% of your total residential water usage. On top of that, it greatly reduces your water bills and will do so for decades。

Synthetic turf grass drains better than real sod grass lawnsDepending on the backing on the artificial turf grass, each square foot is rated to drain an

average of 30 gallons per hour through the product. Below the synthetic/artificial turf grass a crushed stone base (aggregate) provides for rapid drainage and the grade of the earth below the aggregate directs the flow of water to drains or where ever water should flow in your specific landscaping situation.

Herbicides are unnecessary The justification is that artificial turf grass lawns are not susceptible to lawn diseases

and pests.

Artificial grass lawns require no fertilizer which saves area bays lakes and the Ocean from urban run-off which pollutes our waters.

By and large, artificial turf makes life easier. As a matter of fact, artificial turf grass is an eco-friendly materials to be used.

ARTIFICIAL TURF

PREVIOUS CONCRETE Pervious concrete is created with narrowly graded coarse aggregate that is coated in a

thin layer of cement paste or mortar. This allows for an interconnected pore structure through which water percolates.

can be used for municipal stormwater management programs and private development applications

reduce combined sewer overflows and minimize localized flooding by infiltrating and treating stormwater on site

can potentially reduce additional expenditures and land consumption for conventional collection, conveyance, and detention stormwater infrastructure

Pervious concrete has performed successfully in pedestrian walkways, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and low-volume roadways.

AGGREGATE CONCRETE

Exposed aggregate finishes are emerging as beautiful and sturdy architectural paving.

Exposed-aggregate finishes, the aggregates near the surface are revealed; these would otherwise be concealed by a thin layer of cement.

The Exposé range is created through a process resulting in the stone being exposed which highlights the natural elements of the stone.

There are a number of techniques for producing exposed aggregate finishes, each creating a different and distinctive appearance.

Exposed aggregate concrete is a popular choice for driveways or areas requiring more grip.

It also makes a great surface for garden paths, pool surrounds, fountain surrounds, custom landscaping and outdoor entertainment areas.
