Bluing Hearts -Handemade Lure Factory-Sea falcon products are made using unique materials and manufacturing processes at the Bluing Hearts craft center in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Pre-fecture in central Japan. All Process-es, from planing and development to manufacturing, are carried out in-house to achieve high Japanese qual-ity and continue providing innovative products to the world of lure fishing.

Hybrid Structure

Hybrid structure with superior action and strength. With a thick high float resin coating that surrounds a balsa core, the lures use a hybrid structure that can only come from the extensive know-how of Sea Falcon. Due to the resin coating, the lure is not easily damaged when tuna or other large fish bite the lure. Therefore, unlike typical lures, the lure does not absorb water and become heavy, which slows the movement of the lure. In addition, be-ginning at the design stage, we pursue the perfect balance for the balsa and weight. By adjusting the buoyancy, we have achieved extremely accurate lure control.

INSPIRE ANGLERS’S PASSION

For the surface treatment as well, Sea Falcon has extremely demanding standards. In order to produce the rich transparency and appearance of a small, lively fish, we meticulously carry out the surface treatment by ap-plying over 20 clear coatings and polishing each lure twice. In addition, we further enhance the appeal of our lures with aluminu or holographic applications.

The Japan brand is only certified by the Japanese government to companies that make their products 100% in Japan, and it represents the best of Japanese high quality. It puts a great deal of hard work and effort into its products, and continues to provide unique, innovative and quality tackle for the world of lure fishing that you simply cannot find anywhere else.

Handmadel lure association was established in 2015 by Bluing Hearts CEO and lure designer, TETSUO ITO. This organization’s goal is to spread out and giving a chance for Japanese individual lure builders to introduce their unique and high quality producdts to the world of lure fishing. In Japan, there are many handmade lure builders who love fishing and creating own lures. They have so much passion to make lures but sometimes, they have limit to produce or some anglers has good design idea but don’t know how to make. So that Bluing Hearts has started to support those lure builders as handmade lure association in order to introduce and spread the enjoyment of lure fising. Now, 2 other brands which are Tana Jig and Nishioka Yugyo has joined. The mis-sion of this association is to reach the buyers who are looking for high quality brand and unique products.
