Please be informed about the Blue dart p/up process as below (This process is applicable for Dropshipment merchants only)

 Vendor at the respective locations needs to call Blue dart centralized at the given contact numbers before 11:00 AM on Centralized No.18602331234 and confirm your pickup mode while booking the same and get the pickup token number.

In case pick up is not done till 5:00 pm, you can contact back the centralized Call center or alternative no’s:- 011-26941111/ 011-40579999 and check the pickup status based on the Token No. assigned.

Note: Only changes in the process is- vendor at respective locations has to provide additional 3 copies of Order Form along with 3 Retail invoice copies to pick up boy or past the retail invoice copy outer of the packet in an envelope for clearance purpose.

You need to follow the below mentioned Points for Apex / Surface Online & Surface COD shipments.

Please be informed, for sending Apex / Surface / and Surface COD shipments, below paperwork is must. Bluedart will be refusing pickups if the above requirement is not met.

Three copies of order form (Pack Slip)as Order form is treated as AWB slip. And for Apex / Surface shipments AWB copy record is kept in three places and also has to be submitted at the time of clearance.

Three copies of Invoice (Retail Invoice) carrying production information and value of shipment and TIN no. for sure.

In case shipment is going to any state wherein regulatory Paperwork is required, same should be provided at the time of pick up in original.

Most important point, for surface shipments, there can be different requirement of sales tax forms of various states, please take care for the same (It can be download online)

• East has permit requirement irrespective of value and type of consignee, so you can-not send any surface consignment in East region without permit.

• In North, Uttarakhand has value limit of Rs. 5000, above that sales tax form is applicable.

• UP has mandatory requirement of Sales tax form for commercial and non-commercial shipment.
