The Blubaugh family is delighted to offer you this outstanding set of bulls and replacement females at our new

auction facility in Tonkawa, Oklahoma. Our family has been in the cattle business here in Kay County since 1893.

Marvin Blubaugh, my grandfather, alongside my father Cletus Blubaugh successfully operated a commercial

auction barn in Tonkawa for many years. My grandfather, Murray Scott built one of the very fi rst bull test stations

in Oklahoma. Murray began breeding performance Angus cattle with his seed stock, which he had purchased from

U.S. Senator Robert S. Kerr. My Dad and I have been in all phases of the cattle business in our lifetimes; cow calf,

stocker, feeders, and pure bred seed stock. The last thirteen years we have been building a top quality registered

Angus herd. Our cow family mostly originated from the Whitestone-Krebs ranch in Gordon, Nebraska. A majority of

our herd sires originates from the Schaff Angus Valley herd in North Dakota. We have also Artifi cial Inseminated to

the best performance bulls for many years. The cattle we are offering have been specifi cally bred to be performance

cattle. These cattle are the rancher kind. They will calve easy, grow fast, and tip the scales. Our goal is to produce

seed stock cattle that will perform in real world conditions and that can wean off a big calf that will perform at all

phases of beef production. These bulls and heifers have been developed on Purina Accuration as well as wheat

pasture, and are in great condition. Each female sold will come with your choice of one straw of semen from our

AI stud bulls. The stud bulls are: SAV Voyager 1039, SAV Treasure Mountain 2148, Buford Meatwagon Z406,

We guarantee that all bulls are fertile to the best of our knowledge and have passed a breeding soundness exam prior to the sale. Although all bulls have passed a BSE, we know certain problems can arise after you receive your purchase. We guarantee all bulls against breeding injury and to be sound breeders for the fi rst breeding season as defi ned as the 90-day period following the fi rst turnout of the bulls. We will provide you with a satisfactory replacement, if available, or issue a credit equal to the bull’s purchase price minus the salvage value received for that bull. This is not a life insurance policy, however.
