The internet is loaded with free recipes so feel free to search and explore alternate recipes for your cleanse. Just remember, that this is a RAW cleanse so try to use healthy salad dressings (if not homemade) and make sure you include greens in all of your smoothies and juices. No coffee, no sugar and low salt. Drink LOTS of WATER. Detox Morning Tea Hot Water with Lemon (or detox tea of choice) Dr. Oz’s Fat Flush (soak overnight) 16 oz serving Water 2 slice grapefruit 1 tangerine cucumber, sliced 2 peppermint leaves (recommended to drink 32oz of this) 16 oz of: J uice or Dr. Oz’s Fat Flush or Kombucha cocktail 32 oz Juice BASE: Kale or Spinach or Romaine XTRA: ginger or cayenne Fruit: 1-2 apples and/or 1 orange and/or 1 lemon 1 med.
