7 Day RAW Re-boot Cleanse

This is a outline of a 7 day Raw Food Cleanse. The internet is loaded with free recipes so feel free to search and explore alternate recipes for your cleanse. Just remember, that this is a RAW cleanse so try to use healthy salad dressings (if not homemade) and make sure you include greens in all of your smoothiesand juices. No coffee, no sugar and low salt. Drink LOTS of WATER.
Detox Morning TeaHot Water with Lemon(or detox tea of choice)
Dr. Oz’s Fat Flush(soak overnight)
16 oz serving Water2 slice grapefruit
1 tangerinecucumber, sliced
2 peppermint leaves(recommended to drink 32oz of this)
16 oz of:Juice
orDr. Oz’s Fat Flush
orKombucha cocktail
32 oz Juice
BASE: Kale or Spinach or Romaine
XTRA: ginger or cayenneFruit: 1-2 applesand/or 1 orangeand/or 1 lemon
1 med. Cucumber(1/2 cup of water if needed)
32 oz Smoothie
BASE: Water OR Coconut WaterOr Nut Milk
XTRA: hemp seeds or maca or other supplements
3:1 Ratio of veggies to fruitGreens ~ Spinach or Kale
or RomaineFruit ~ Banana, berries, apple
(be creative and use frozen bananas)
32 oz Smoothie
BASE: Water OR Coconut WaterOr Nut Milk
XTRA: hemp seeds or maca or other supplements
3:1 Ratio of veggies to fruitGreens ~ Spinach or Kale
or RomaineFruit ~ Banana, berries, apple
(be creative and use frozen bananas)
RAW Taco Soup(or any raw soup recipe that you fancy)
1 can of vegetable broth 2 Roma Tomatoes 1 small stalk celery
1 carrot 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
(or your own spices) 1/2 can corn
1/2 can red kidney beans(add beans and corn after blending)
Big Greens Salad
BASE: All kind of Lettuce(s)XTRA: hemp seeds, sprouts,
dulse flakesVeggies: tomatoes, cucumber,
Carrots, green onionsDressing: 1/2 c apple cider vinegar
1 c extra virgin olive oil, 1/4 c raw honey1 clove garlic, 1/2 tsp dried basil, pinch salt

1 cup of cherry tomatoes (1/4 cup leave out of sauce mix)
2-3 sun-dried tomatoes (optional)1 small date, pitted
any fresh Italian herbs1/4 teaspoon of salt
pinch of italian seasoningpine nuts for topping
16oz Juice or SmoothieAND Fruit
Fresh Greens JuiceOR Greens Smoothie
AND low-glycemic fruit(pitted fruit or berries)
Fresh Fruit or Veggies Green or Herbal Tea(can use a touch of honey or agave)
Smooth Move TeaGentle Laxative Tea prior
to bed to help flush the system
