KRAV MAGANo holds barred in new self-defence techniqueKRAV MAGA is the self-defence art favoured by stars like Matt Damon and Angelina Jolie, and it’s now coming to Blackpool.

Originating in Israel, it’s the official defence system of the Israel defence forces and has been taught to hundreds of law enforcement agencies around the globe.

It’s simple to learn, withan emphasis on nan emphasis on naturaland instinctive movementswith practical techniques. There are no rules inKrav Maga, kicking, punching, elbowing andeven eye gouging are allOK and thOK and that’s what sets itapart from sports like kickboxing and judo.

It’s about survival, notshowmanship.Krav Maga is suitablefor adults of all sizes andgendegenders.

All sorts of people in theclub are learning the techniques– from teachers and doctors to civil servants. At the club, the training is aggressive and fun – fun – which is a great way to work out any frustrationsyou might have in a safelearning environment.
