Simply pull the tray out anddump at the end of each business day - if usedcontinuously. The vacuum unit comes with a push button control with overheat safety protection. This protects the motor if someone forgets to changethe filtration system, which places a strain on the vacuum motor. Another oneof a kind feature are the gloves on either side of the cabinet. Once a piece isloaded for blasting - there is no need to move it until completed. We built thiscabinet with fluorescent 4 bulb design for superior lighting. Being in thedesigning end of sandblasters for years and reviewing the products availableon the market today, we created and designed a perfect blastin cabinet keepingyou in mind through out the entire process. Our cabinet is built with extremedurability, is very user friendly, has easy access, and is an attractive lookingunit that simply gets the job done right. Our thought process was that if youare spending this kind of money on equipment, then you not only want itconstructed well, you also want it to be equipped with the best of everything. The floor construction is a 14 gauge plate of steel with hundreds of .080holes. The floor is designed with a built in screen for filtering over sizedparticals from the media during the blasting process. This prevents plug upsand allows only good media to return to the storage hopper. The over sizeditem can be swept out, not the typical chicken wire like the competition. Thereis not a blaster like this on the market!

Our BADBOYZ are made using the uppermost durable paint available thatwill last a lifetime. We use Industrial paint ( customer color choice)

. We take much pride in our merchandise and want it to be in the sameexceptional quality years to come as when you first purchased it. Our cabinetsare fully assembled and tested before shipped. The unit will be shipped ina fully enclosed shipping crate omitting any scratches &/or dents. Appearanceis extremely important to our company in addition to construction andsatisfied customers.

The construction on our cabinets are made of a 16 gauge metal on the bodyand the legs are a 14 gauge. You simply cannot hurt this elite industrialcabinet. The vacuum unit on this cabinet produces a 212 CFM of airflow. The system is very quiet compared to "sweeper motor" models over abarrel. Barrels only magnify sound. We built our BADBOY blaster to be of amore quieter and pleasing sound.

Our sandblaster will consume anything from corn cob, glass bead, blackbeauty, soda, aluminum oxide, urethane, and polyester just to name a few. We do not recommend using Silica sand in our blast cabinet. Silicasand produces a hazardous dust.
