57 mmThe entire line of Black Magic® AirBlocks® has been redesigned with a sleek new look. Their unique, perfor-mance-packed engineering remains exactly the same.

Used on offshore boats, these strong, lightweight blocks feature Torlon® roller bearings for strength and reduced wear. Rollers are housed in a center cage and stay parallel for low friction efficiency. Sculpted Hardcoat-anodized aluminum sideplates protect sideload ball bearings. Dissimilar metals are isolated to minimize corrosion.

Low-load blocks use Torlon® rollers and 316 stainless steel shackles. Standard blocks have 17-4PH stainless headposts.

Like all AirBlocks®, the three-way head swivels/locks in front/side positions. Blocks are easily disassembled with a single hex wrench.

The 3214 soft attachment Loop block has a removable dead-end post for attachment to a padeye. Lashings can also be used.

TeardropThe entire line of Black Magic® AirBlocks® has been redesigned with a sleek new look. Their unique, performance-packed engineer-ing remains exactly the same.

Teardrop blocks are ideal as masthead leads and in other applications where limited artic-ulation or direct attachment is desired. When attached to a compatible padeye, Teardrop blocks will not hit the deck when lines are slack, but allow enough movement to ensure fair leads when jumping halyards. They are often used on permanent backstays of frac-tionally rigged boats where the backstay can be spliced directly to the head of the block.

FootblocksThe entire line of Black Magic® AirBlocks® has been redesigned with a sleek new look. Their unique, performance-packed engineering remains exactly the same.

Carrying some of the highest loads imposed by running rigging, these strong, lightweight blocks feature Torlon® roller bearings housed in a center cage. Rollers stay parallel for low-friction efficiency. Sculpted Hardcoat-anodized aluminum sideplates protect sideload ball bearings. Dissimilar metals are isolated to minimize corrosion. Blocks are easily disassembled with a single Allen wrench.

Either metric or imperial flathead fasteners may be used for mounting and are not exposed.

Use for: Genoas Spinnakers

CrossoverCrossover blocks provide a cleaner, more efficient deck. These easy-to-install blocks mount behind the stopper bank on each side of the cabin house and can route any line to the winch on the opposite side. Blocks feature built-in risers and sculpted backing plates. The large, strong bases protect cored decks. Use the 1984 for boats to 38 ft (11.5 m) and the 1981 for boats to 48 ft (15 m).
