BKS Textiles Private Limited, established in 1985,

is a 'Vertically Integrated' manufacturer and

exporter of high quality Woven fabrics, Home

textiles, Institutional textiles, Organic & Fairtrade

textiles and Coated textiles. Our manufacturing

facility is spread in an area of 7.5 Hectares,

comprising of Sizing (weaving preparatory),

Weaving, Processing, Sewing and Laboratory, with

700+ employees.

With an annual turnover of 15 million US$, we

export to various countries across the globe namely

UK, Europe, USA, Australia and Canada.

BKS sources Cotton, Polycotton, Polyester, Nylon, Linen

and Viscose yarns from reputed spinning mills in

Tamilnadu and South India, in various counts ranging from

4's to 100's. The Weaving preparatory unit of BKS is

equipped with state-of-the-art machineries that include

four automatic warping machines and two multi-cylinder

sizing machines to feed warp to in-house weaving and as

well as for vendor operations.

YARN & SIZING

The weaving unit of BKS is installed with state of the art,

brand new, 36 ITEMA Electronic Dobby Rapier weaving

machines & 8 shuttle-less projectile Jacquard weaving

machines with working width up to 340 cms. The

production output per day is around 25,000 mtrs in

various weaves like satin, twill, drill, dobby, Jacquard,

plain, oxford etc., BKS works with many dedicated

contract weaving units through which we get around

50,000 mtrs/day production output.

ZERO LIQUID DISCHARGE (ZLD)

BKS, being a responsible manufacturer, has setup a 4

stage Reverse Osmosis Plant for effluent treatment and

has achieved Zero Liquid Discharge (no effluent is let out).


BKS processing facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machines namely Continuous Bleaching &

Continuous Dyeing range, Mercerizing, Sanforizing and Calendaring, for fabric widths up to 78'' ( Greige ).

We can handle bleaching and dyeing in 100% cotton, Polycotton, Linen, Viscose, 100% Polyester and

Blended fabrics. As it is a continuous process, consistent quality and color matching are ensured.

PROCESSING

COATED FABRICS

The Coating Division is equipped with sophisticated

Korean machines, capable of producing different types

of chemical coated fabrics and finished fabrics

impregnated with special chemicals. The coating

machine has a knife on air setup with six chambers with

workable width 70''.

The plant has a separate machine for embossing the

coated fabrics to impart different designs

Production output:

Singeing, Continuous Bleaching and Mercerizing

Continuous Dyeing for Cotton and Polyester cotton

Continuous Polyester Dyeing (Thermosol Range)

- 70,000 meters/day.




PRINTING

Our printing facility is equipped with Stormac RD-6 Gold make, 12

colour Rotary printing machine with printable width up to 72”.

For high precision printing, Screen making is with Smart LEX 7043

(Laser Exposure technology). We have Climaterizer – Clima 1850 and

BestIMAGE CAD with latest version color separation software.

We can handle all kinds of printing like Reactive, Pigment and Disperse

on various base fabrics like 100% cotton, polycotton, 100% polyester,

viscose, linen, poly-viscose etc., The production output is 30,000

mtrs/day. With latest technology and state of the art machine, we can

cater to all high end printing needs for made ups and apparel end use.

Our in house laboratory is equipped with sophisticated instruments for testing of

various physical and chemical parameters from yarn to finished fabric, to ensure

quality in each stage.

BKS Sewing units are equipped with 150+ sophisticated Single needle, Double

needle, Overlock & Zigzag sewing machines from the renowned makers of Juki,

Brother & Pegasus with production capacity of 1500 sheet sets, 5000 table cloth

and 25000 pieces napkins per day.

ORGANIC & FAIR TRADE PRODUCTS

SHIRTING & DRESS MATERIALS

Shirting and dress materials are manufactured in elegant designs, weaves,

colours and prints. Our shirting and dress materials are made with counts

ranging from 40 Ne to 120 Ne and from 50/2 Ne to 200/2 Ne in 100 % cotton,

cotton blends, and viscose, with different finishes such as wrinkle free, crease

resistance in whites, solids etc

BOTTOM WEIGHTS & JACKETS

Fabric for bottom weights and jackets are crafted with utmost care to

excel in domestic and international markets. In our endeavour we

like to provide a variety of weaves, structures, colours in counts

ranging from10 Ne to 80 Ne ring spun yarn & 6 Ne to 20 Ne in open

end yarn, ply yarns in 100% cotton, cotton blends, viscose,linen,

man made yarn to name a few lycra, dual FX, T400, sorono, coolmax

etc., with different types of finishes in RFD and solids. Fabric for

jackets are coated with different types viz. PU, acrylic, shiny, trench,

leather. We also produce bi - stretch and power stretch fabrics.

These fabrics are made in a range of GSM - 150 to 400 and widths -

50” to 60” (127 to 152 cm).


An exclusively designed ERP system ensures efficient

production planning, on-time delivery of shipments and

inventory control.

Quality is what our company is known for. Our quality

inspection team consists of experienced professionals

to monitor quality Online and in Final stage. We work

with ASTM 4 -point system for Fabrics and AQL 2.5

standards for Made ups.

QUALITY INSPECTION

Skill Training: To develop and upgrade the skills of our workmen, we provide training & certificate under the

PMKVY scheme, promoted by Govt. of India.

We do lot of activities like free eye checkup camp, blood donation camp, free yoga & meditation classes for
