Human Resources Generalist Supports Human Resources management and team with all phases of HR including but not limited to

informed of new hire status and start dates. Administer self-insured worker’s compensation program. Back up for our leave specialist that administered FMLA, ADA and personal leaves Accurately maintained record keeping responsibilities to ensure compliance with CAL/OSHA by
designated deadlines. Administer benefit plans; as well as trouble shoot benefit issues relating to union and non-union
employees Conduct Exit interviews for exiting employees
Human Resources Coordinator Assisted H.R Director, Director of Recruitment and Human Resource department in all administrative
duties. Performed junior recruiting functions to include: resume reviews, development of in-person interview
schedules, phone screening duties, candidate outreach/communication, candidate education for available positions and corresponding application process.
