We stand behind the quality of every one of our products. Because our items are handmade, variations in color, shape and finish are to be expected. We make everything in small batches to ensure quality and freshness and most products are made to order. Ideally, they should be used within one (1) year of receiving them. Shelf life of our products should follow the above guidelines if properly stored and cared for. We are not responsible for degradation of merchandise due to improper storage when the items leave our location. Our products contain preservatives when appropriate because we believe it is more dangerous to not preserve these items. When displaying our Bizzy Fizz merchandise, please keep out of direct sunlight as UV light will fade colors. Our goal is to ALWAYS provide only the finest quality handmade product to you at all times. !!Placing a wholesale order with Bizzy Fizz Bath Treats, LLC indicates that you have read, understood and accept the conditions outlined in this Wholesale Policy. We are confident your customers will love our natural bath and body treats! !

DAMAGE CLAIMS!Due to the handmade, natural aspect of our products, we do not accept product or shipment returns, nor issue credits or refunds based on anything other than a damage claim. If there is a problem that you believe is our responsibility, you or your receiving appointee must report it to us within ten (10) days of the date you receive your shipment. If you receive bath bombs with breakage in excess of 10% of your order, you will be required to return the product to Bizzy Fizz Bath Treats. Please phone or email us to report such breakage. We will issue a call tag and we will credit your account only for merchandise that has been reported, returned and received by Bizzy Fizz Bath Treats. Some of our products contain vanilla. Vanilla is a natural product that may spot/darken over time. We cannot accept any return requests/damage claims for products that have darkened/spotted due to vanilla content. If damage to order occurs due to shipper error, contact the shipper IMMEDIATELY to report damage and file a claim. All damage due to shipping must also be reported to Bizzy Fizz Bath Treats, we will do what we can to help.!!

MINIMUM ORDERS!There is a minimum $200 opening order and $100 minimum for all subsequent orders. A copy of your state resale certificate and federal tax ID number MUST accompany your opening order before it can be processed.!!

SALE REQUIREMENTS!No Bizzy Fizz products can be resold to other wholesalers for the purpose of selling retail. No Bizzy Fizz products can be resold to wholesale or discount outlets, either online or otherwise.!!

PRODUCT INFORMATION!Each product is labeled with all information and ingredients as required, and in accordance with, current FDA regulations under the International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients. Every item also carries a UPC barcode. We will provide a list of all barcodes for the merchandise ordered on the packing slip included with shipment. You may input these barcodes into your computer system for your own use if you have a barcode scanner system. We also pride ourselves on product safety and make sure products have tamper evident packaging.!!

PAYMENT TERMS !All orders must be prepaid by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We offer Net30 terms to pre-approved retailers only and all contracts must be signed and in order before terms take effect. Note there will be two (2) separate invoices for those without a Net30 agreement, one for product and one for shipping. You will receive an invoice for payment of product after placing your order. At the time we receive that payment, your order will begin. You will also receive an invoice for shipping charges before your order is shipped. Once payment is received, will will then ship the order to you.!!

SHIPPING!Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx from Utica, Michigan at the beginning of each week so they do not sit in a hot shipping warehouse over the weekend. After your order is packed, we will be able to determine the weight of your order and let you know how much shipping charges will be. Shipping charges are based on actual weight of your order. All packages will be insured and have tracking capability. A handling fee of $5.00 is added to all orders for packing materials. Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred by Bizzy Fizz Bath Treats, LLC.!

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS !Some of our products are sensitive to heat and will require special shipping to ensure they arrive intact (please see order form for specific merchandise). Shipping from May 1st to September 31st may require special shipping. During this time we will pack your order with cold packs to ensure safe delivery. If you are experiencing hot weather outside of the dates mentioned above, it is your responsibility to inform Bizzy Fizz Bath Treats, LLC.!!

ORDER TURNAROUND TIMES!Our order turnaround times are usually four weeks or less, depending on the size and content of your order. Please be aware that as we get closer to

the holidays (especially Christmas), those times will increase due to the volume of orders we receive.!!PRIVATE LABEL!
