Synopsis

Introduction

Biz Tracker is a software application that is designed to help an entrepreneur to maintain quality assurance and his profit calculation much easier. Currently, those process are very te-dious work from an entrepreneur’s part. Because he must keep all the records up to date which is very time consuming and tedious work. But with the help of our software one can use it with much ease. One can get all the details in his finger tip in less effort.

Modules

1) Admin

Here the admin is the whole authority. He can enter his assets, tour packages etc.

He will initially enter all his properties with corresponding amount.

2) Check Availability

In this module, the admin or the authorized user can receive the user registration and he

can check whether his property is available for that day/time or not. If it is not

available, he can also choose an alternative for it from this software itself. Ie; he can

opt rental system from our software.

3) Estimation of company expense

Here, the admin can calculate all the expenses had in his company, without much effort

& without depending on anyone. He can reduce paper works also. The various

expenses can be his office expenses, salary details, rental details etc. Since there are

various expenses, it may be very tedious process for admin to take care of it.

4) Profit calculation

Irrespective of which scheme he has chosen he can calculate whether he is having

profit/loss in his fingertips and in no time. He can take monthly review, day by day

review etc for his company growth. If he is opting rental system also, he must get a

clear picture of profit he is getting from his deal. In that case, there will be very tedious

process like, maintenance of the vehicle used, salary of the driver , rent of the vehicle

etc.

Future Scope

Use of GPS:

Here we can implement GPS in each vehicles , so that the admin can easily track all his

vehicles & their availability.

Our Company does all works manually and keeps records in papers.

General problems with manual system slow retrieval of Data. Thousands of records

are storing and searching a single one from that is a tedious job. In all it can take up

to 30 minutes finding the relevant information on the person. The Delivery goes out

the next day or after few days. Deliveries are sometimes held up due to the amount of

time taken to get the relevant information. This leads to unhappy customers. Much

paper is waste due to the number of customers in the company. Information on each

of the orders is stored in the customer's file on another page. This makes wastage of

storage space and we want more space to keep these files. Also years of storage and

continuous usage may cause damage to paper. There may not be any provision to

retrieve the data. We have to do our work more accurately. Our manual work not

more accurate. Human errors are common. After several months or years we can’t

search the data easily. We need to search complete data. If we want to take copies of

data we need to write down the same manually. This may consume several days,

months or years. So we want an advanced system for this. For an advanced system

we make this project Biz Tracker. Also its tough to go to distant places easily

without knowing the journey details in existing system. So Biz Tracker will be

helpful for both the entrepreneur and customers.

PROPOSED SYSTEM

Existing system has lot of drawbacks, so we proposed a system that is Biz

Tracker. No need to send hard copy data by hand or by post. That means this system

will reduce delivery time. It is very accurate. We can access data within short time, fast

delivery make our work easier. In the previous system deep searching causes irritation

to employees. But in this new system that problem is avoided. We can search datas

easily. It reduces storage space and don’t miss any data. We can store more data in short

place. Years of data can be stored in a small space in this system. Data won’t be

damaged due to continuous usage. After several years data won’t be missed. If we want

we can take multiple back up of data in CDs or other storage devices. The stored data

transportation in a small disc or other storage device is easy. Backup can be restored at

any time. It reduce cost like paper cost, time etc. Man power usage can be reduced. A

single person can manage this system. Also the profit loss details , how many tours

occurred etc can be known to him through this.
