We will be leaving school at 9.30am and hope to return to school for 3.15pm. If the return time does change then we will notify you in advance. Your child should wear full school uniform, sensible footwear and a suitable jacket or coat depending on the weather. Please send your child to school on the day with a packed lunch in a bag with their name on it. If your child receives free school meals they may order a ‘grab a bag’ from school. If they require travel sickness tablets these should be administered before they arrive at school please and a tablet provided for the return journey in a labelled envelope. Souvenir goody bags are available from the farm and these need to be pre-ordered. If you would like your child to receive a goody bag at a cost of £2.00 per child please complete the slip below and return to your child’s class teacher asap so that the correct number may be ordered. The cost of the trip is £10 per head; to help cover the cost of transport and entry to Cannon Hall Farm we are asking for a voluntary contribution of £5.00 per child please; the rest will be taken out of school funds. Please complete the attached H&S form and return to school with payment as soon as possible. Many thanks for your continued support.
