Technical degreasing fluidwithou volatil organic compounds

Le BIOSANE T 3000 provides a unique solution for all the operations of degreasing.

It solves the disadvantages met with the traditional degreasing products:

BIOSANE T 3000 : Review on VOC

DIAGRAM OF EMISSION CONTROLThe Diagram of emission control exempts from thesystematic respect of limit values. It is based on thecomplete questioning of a cleaning process so as tostrongly reduce the emissions of volati lecompounds.

VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUNDS (VOC)Substance made up of carbon and hydrogen, andpossibly of oxygen, nitrogen, sulphur, chlorine, bromine and fluorine, whose steam pressure at20°C is higher than 0,01 kPa. This limit being very low, the majority of solvents arethus classified among VOC.

BIOSANE T 3000 FITSPERFECTLY IN THIS STAGE

BIOSANE T 3000 DOES NOT FORM PART OF IT

The BIOSANE T 3000 does not release anyVOC and is not classified in the VOCcategory.

Its use is thus not forced by lawful limits ofvapor emissions (channeled or diffuse).

It thus offers an excellent alternative tomany volatile degreasers particularly in thecase of installation of a Diagram EmissionControl.

BIOSANE T 3000 is economical: it removesdiffuse emissions and uselessoverconsumption due to evaporation losses.

FIELDS OF USE

ENVIRONMENT

EASY TO USE

RESPECT OF OPERATORS’ HEALTH

COMFORT OF USE

NON VOLATILEDEGREASING FLUID

NON FLAMMABLEPRODUCT

FLASH POINT> 100°C

BIOSANE T 3000 does not release any volatile compound anddoes not have consequently any effect on the ozone layer, onthe reheating of the atmosphere by greenhouse effect.

Not containing VOC, BIOSANE T 3000 does not take part inthe appearance of peaks of pollution due to degradation inthe air of the VOC.

BIOSANE T 3000 is easy to use. It does not require a strictfollow-up of operating conditions (precise and constanttemperature, change of filters, oxygenation), as it is the casewith the biological degreasers.

It does not leave residue on cleaned parts contrary toaqueous degreasers (have a dry extract made up of surfaceactive agents and conservation additives).

Thanks to its low density, BIOSANE T 3000 allowsdecantation of pollutants in the baths and not their increaseon surface. Any redeposit of these pollutants on the parts at thetime of their emergence is avoided.

BIOSANE T 3000 gets a great comfortof use while not releasing irritatingvapors for the respiratory tracts or ofvapors responsible of headaches.

Moreover, it is pleasant to handlethanks to its particularly light odor.

BIOSANE T 3000 is a very safedegreasing fluid. Its very high flash pointguarantees that no flammable vapor isreleased at ambient temperature.

It thus eliminates the risk from formationof explosive atmospheres.

Usable by all traditional cold processes(steeping, steeping under ultrasounds, rag, sprinkling with low pressure), it alsoallows hot degreasing until 70°C withoutflammable vapor emissions.

Its flash point being definitely higher than55°C, the BIOSANE T3000 is also adapted to closed cleaningmachines of A3 class.

BIOSANE T 3000 fully fulfills the requirements of protection of the operators’ health, inparticular because it does not release vapors at ambient temperature.

In this manner, the users avoid harmful vapor inhalations.

BIOSANE T 3000 is not classified toxic, irritant, or sensitizing. It does not containaromatic compounds, of benzene, chlorinated or brominated derivatives.

It does not cross either the barrier of the skin, contrary to much of solvents of whicheffects are sometimes harmful by this way.

BIOSANE T 3000Technical fluid of

degreasingwithout VOC

Fluid of degreasing compatible with all types of materials.

Elimination of oils and greases with mineral or syntheticbases.

Cleaning of machining fluids by removal of chips ordeformation.
