• Alter >65a (90% >60a)
• > 1 Mo Schmerzen und MST in 2 von 3 Regionen:- Schultern/Oberarme- Hüfte/Oberschenkel- Nacken/Stamm
• BSG > 40mm/h
• Ausschluss anderer Erkrankungen
Assoziation: Arteriitis. temporals (15-20%) Malignom
Polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR)Therapie
