What are the strengths and weaknesses of Blumine Island as a biodiversity resource?

Strength is having one interacting system with a greater variety of species in abundance.

EVERYTHING IS INTERCONNECTED NOTHING SHOULD BE ISOLATED.Stable is diverse; the different variety of species is a more stable system. It means everything is less likely to be effected by problems. Diverse ecosystems cope with environmental changes.Equilibrium is constant.

The unknown, the weakness of the biodiversity on Blumine. £

THINK ABOUT THE FUTURE AND THE IMPACTS OF THE SIMPLEST ACTIONS.

WHAT SHOULD THE BIODIVERSITY OF BLUMINE ISLAND BE?

But what can we do?

We can repair the ecosystems, save habitats for indigenous species

and undo the damage that’s been caused without better knowledge.

We as a whanau can teach the next generation the importance of the environment and become one with the land.

HOW DOES BLUMINE CONTRIBUTE TO NEW ZEALAND BIODIVERSITY?

Blumine is what the rest of New Zealand should be like.

But what does that mean for us?

Kia Ora that.

WE MET AS STRANGERS, LEARNT AS A GROUP AND BONDED AS

A WHANAU. IT’S UP TO US TO MAKE A CHANGE.

“One person can make a change but people in a group can make an even bigger change”

That’s such a year nine thing to say ..
