•He is the Vice Chancellor, Himgiri Nabh Vishwavidyalaya, Dehradun (Uttarakhand State), India and Director General, TALEEM Research Foundation, Ahmedabad, India.

•He is the founder Director of Mudra Institute of Communication, Ahmedabad.

His Career in Brief:

•He was Advisor in Satellite communications at space Applications Centre at ISRO Ahmedabad, for nearly 20 years.

•He has widely travelled and lectured in various Universities in USA and has been visiting faculty in the Universities of India.

•Dr. Agrawal represented India in several International Communication research Fora.

His Achievements:

•Recipient of “Inderjit Singh Gold Medal” for the best thesis in Anthropology (1963) ,

•“Dr. Chakravarti Gold Medal” for the best student both from the University of Lucknow, Lucknow(1963)
