It’s Easy...• The plant is built in four main pieces for fast erection • The aggregate bin is welded solid inside and out

eliminating the need to bolt the bin sides andpartitions together at erection. Solid welded jointsalso do not let rust form between the joined plates

• There are walkways at connection points for easyerection and for maintenance after the plant is in use

• All motors and controls are prewired in rigid conduitto a central location for convenient hookup

• All cylinders and valves are preplumbed for air• The water meter or optional weighed water are

preplumbed with schedule 40 pipe• All load cells are prewired to summing boxes

mounted in the controls area
