AN ACTAPPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES FROM JANUARY ONE TO DECEMBER THIRTY-ONE, TMQ THOUSAND AND TNEHTY-ONE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress asseibled:

Section 1. Appropriation of Funds. The folloning sues, or so inch thereof as lay be necessary, are hereby appropriated ont of any funds in the National Treasury of the Philippines not othemise appropriated, for the operation of the Governient of the Republic of the Philippines froi January one to Decenber thirty-one, Uo thousand and Uenty-one, except where otherwise specifically provided herein:
