Bilbies are small, furry animals. They belong to a group of mammals called marsupials. Marsupials have pouches.
Female bilbies use their pouches to carry their young bilbies.

When it is day time bilbies usually sleep or stay in their burrow but when it is night they go out
hunting and getting their prey. Bilbies eat fungi, insects and seeds.
