Size: Approx. 7” wide x 47” long (without fringe) Materials: Cascade Yarns® Big Wheel 100% Acrylic 200 g (7.0 oz) / 203 yds (186 m) 1 skein of color #19 (Houston) US 11 knitting needles Crochet hook size M/N (9.00 mm)

Gauge: 10 sts x 12 rows = 4” (10 cm) in Garter stitch

Abbreviations: BO = Bind Off CO = Cast On K = Knit St(s) = Stitch(es) YO = Yarn Over

Begin Pattern: CO 16 sts. Row 1: K all sts. Row 2: K all sts. Row 3: K all sts. Row 4: *[K1, YO]; repeat from * to last st, end with K1. Row 5: *[K1, drop YO]; repeat from * to last st, end with k1.

Repeat rows 1-5 until almost desired length. Note: Remember to leave enough yarn for fringe!

Finishing: Row 1: K all sts. Row 2: K all sts. Row 3: K all sts. BO. Weave in ends. Cut groups of yarn for fringe (approx. 16" long each). Use a crochet hook to attach fringe to both ends of scarf.
