Dear Friends of Maryland Athletics, O n behalf of the University of Maryland and the Big Ten Conference, I am proud to announce the upcoming 2013 Big Ten Open, to benefit the University of Maryland football and men’s basketball programs, as well as the Terrapin Club Scholarship Fund. I hope you will be able to join us at Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, Maryland on June 10, 2013, for an exclusive event for our most generous supporters. The proud past of the University of Maryland will be celebrated as we welcome our bright future in the Big Ten Conference. This exclusive event will begin on Congressional’s Blue Course, home to multiple U.S. Open Championships, and also include a dinner in the Congressional Club House. I encourage you to join me along with Jim Delany, Big Ten Commissioner, Randy Edsall, Head Football Coach, and Mark Turgeon, Head Men’s Basketball Coach, for a day of celebration and Maryland Pride!
