ESSENTIAL UNDERSTANDING:• To use logic and truth tables to determine
truth values of compound statements.MATHEMATICAL PRACTICE:
Reason abstractly and quantitatively
Compound Statement
Compound Statement: a statement formed by __________________ two or more statements
Conjunction: a compound statement formed by connecting two or more statements with the word ____________. It is true only when both s and j are true. It is false when at least one of its parts is false.
