• Valued intrinsic equity price of “Deltin Casino” using discounted cash flow using cost of capital adjusted by risk, Enterprise valuation & price multiples like P/E ratio & found it to be over- valued. Also analyzed the financial statements and found significant accounting distortions.

• Distinction for MSc Dissertation on “Determinants of M&A in Indian Pharmaceutical Industry & its short term and long term impact on shareholder wealth”. Used econometric methods - univariate analysis, multivariate logit analysis, stock event study for short term impact and weighted operating cash flow returns for long term impact.
