Ingredients
• 300g of sweet short crust pastry
• 250g of mince meat
• 1 egg beaten
• Icing sugar
Method – Oven temperature 200c or fan 180 (gas mark 4)
1. Roll out the pastry, not too thick, not too thin.
2. Using a 6cm cutter, cut out 24 circles.
3. Using a slightly smaller cutter, cut the tops out.
4. Grease a 24 hole cake tin and place the bottoms in. Fill each one with mince meat and then place the lid on. Make a pattern of your choice on the top and brush over with the beaten egg.
5. Put in the oven for 15mins until pale golden in colour and place on a wire rack to cool.

A SHINEY STAR FOR THE CHRISTMAS TREE
WHAT YOU NEED
6 lollipop sticks (these can be painted gold)
White PVA glue
Ribbon or string for hanging
Decoration – glitter, jewels ect
INSTRUCTIONS
First assemble the lollipop sticks into a star shape
Make sure that the ribbon or string is attached into the join of the lollipop sticks at the top
Once the stars are dry you can attach one star on top of the other
Then you can decorate your star
