Biomechanics and Injury Prevention
My work with Bill and Sue was the experience of a lifetime. Bill was a quadriplegic who hired me to work in home with him, physically moving him through his stretch routine , electrode, and massage therapies. Sue suered a massive cerebral stroke, and when I met her, was completely conned to her wheelchair and was largly unresponsive. Through my work with Sue, she was able to improve her speach, her facial movements, interpersonal communication and nally a much more nely tuned control of her body. Through her work with me, Sue learned to box and eventualy to walk with adssistance.
I consider myself to be a hollistic functional trainer who believes in training people through their full range of motion, with dynamic movements, including active and dynamic exibility. I combine strength, exibility and balance into each client’s session so that they build in strength, exibility and functionality. I have trained in big clubs, private studios, out doors and in home sessions as well. I have managed a private studio in the past, and currently I mange a small tness compny here in NYC. I would be an asset to any company.
