2.1 BUILDING TRUST.

Trust is like a circle. Parents depend onteachers to educate their children,teachers depend on principal to createconducive school environment, andprincipal depends on parents to gainschool recognition.

Here are some tips to build trust in schools :

a. Mutual cooperation and understanding between principal and staff or school and parents.

b. Be fair and open to the other, specialy with parents.

c. Parents should feel that school is useful (e.g. by being satisfied with the academic and non academic performances of their children).

d. The principal and the teachers should be the best models.

• Habituating praying together, dhuha praying, reciting alqur’an and memorize juz ‘amma and surah yasiin

• Principal, teacher and all staff should be the best model

Character Building

How our school give reward to students:

a. School give scholarship for olimpic champion and for Child’s teacher MTsN Aryojeding.

b. We give students a special achievement certificates .

c. School put up a poster for students who get achievement.

d. Every 6 month we award student with “The best Student This Semester”

2.5 STUDENTS RECRUITMENT

a. Recruitment of new students starts at the beginning of each new school year.

b. Selection is held tightly.

c. Accepted students must be the best students who got the best score

d. No distinction among students.

2.5 STUDENTS RECRUITMENT

e) Scholarship and free tuition fee for the beststudent.

f) 176 poor students got scholarship.

2.6 PROGRAMS TO IMPROVE QUALITY OUTPUT

• Since 2011 established special class.

• The structure in the special class, coordinator, secretary and treasurer.

• Since 2013 the structure was change, leader program, Human Resource Leader, Human Relation Leader and Quality assurance leader(collegial collectif leadership).

Mengkoordinir dan menyelaraskan semua kegiatanyang dilakukan oleh masing-masing ketua bagianprogram

Menjamin berjalannya program kerja yang telahdisusun

Mengadakan pengembangan dan perampinganprogram kerja yang telah disusun denganmengkoordinasikan dengan pihak-pihak terkait

– Mengkoordinasikan kegiatan kepada KetuaProgram, Waka, dan Kepala Madrasah

– Menyusun program kerja penjaminan Mutu

– Menyusun Manual Mutu yang harusdijalankan di Kelas Khusus

– Bersama Kepala Madrasah dan Wakamengadakan evaluasi dan supervisi program kerja Kelas Khusus

– Menjamin terlaksananya program kerja sesuaidengan yang dicanangkan

– Mengkoordinasikan kegiatan kepada KetuaProgram, Waka, dan Kepala Madrasah

– Menyusun road map human resource di SC

– Mengadakan kegiatan untuk peningkatanSumber Daya Manusia di Kelas Khusus

– Mengadakan pengembangan dari program kerja yang telah dicanangkan dalam Program Kerja 2013/2014

– Mengkoordinasikan kegiatan kepada KetuaProgram, Waka, dan Kepala Madrasah

– Menyusun Manual Book untuk siswa baru

– Menyusun Program kerja HubunganMasyarakat

– Melakukan pengembangan kerja sama denganbeberapa instansi untuk pengembangan kelasKhusus

– Menjadi juru bicara dalam menjelaskanperkembangan yang ada di Kelas Khusus
