• BEST MANUFACTURING was founded in 2009 and was separate from UMUC SA and continues the tradition of 100 years in execution of the following equipments: Pressure vessels Heat exchangers Skids Silencers Diffusors Storage tanks for petrochemical industries Columns Other equipment for different kind of industriesAlthough the company personnel has a high level of qualification and also a work experience of 25

We can execute own projects or provided by the beneficiaries an entire range of heat exchangers by any typo dimensions, pressures, temperatures and working fluids.

European Directive for the supply of pressure equipment and is CE marked when applicable. It is backed up by comprehensive technical documentation for quality and safety, including:

• Operating and Maintenance Instructions• Pressure Testing Certification• Material Certification• Welder Qualifications and procedures• Non-Destructive Testing Reports• Third Party Inspection Reports• Risk Assessment and Method Statements

Design Codes• EN13445, ADMK 2000, BS 5500, DIRECTIVE 97/23/EC, ASME CODE and most other

well known specifications.

ManufactureUsing the latest manufacturing techniques, materials and skills. Inter-process QA inspections ensure high quality levels are maintained. Reliable deliveries are secured by using a bespoke production control system.

TestingHydraulic, Radiographic, Magnetic Particle, Dye Penetrant Etc.. as required. - subcontracted

Inspection3rd Party Inspection Authorities and Insurance Company Surveyors are given all facilities to examine vessels and welded fabrication during any stage of manufacture, and final hydraulic testing. Arrangements can be made for specimen weld testing, and for materials to be independently inspected.

Documentation• Certification can be supplied for pressure test, weld tests, materials, pressure gauges and

relief valves etc. upon your request (Technical Book).
